SENIOR CLERK OF WORKS / CLERK OF WORKS (CIVIL & STRUCTURAL) Tawau (Sabah)

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor civil and structural works
• Carry out joint inspection on completed works with main contractor and ensure quality of works as per requirements
• Ensure all works are being carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with specifications and drawings, as well as within project schedule
• Ensure contractor site preparations are coordinated in accordance with consultants’ drawings
• Maintain in-depth understanding of Company’s Standard Operating Procedures and enforce compliance

Requirements:

• SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Building Construction / Technology / Civil & Structural or related disciplines
• Candidates with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Civil and Structural works and with exposure in architecture are encouraged to apply
• Possess good analytical and communication skills
