Area Manager / Branch Manager (Skin Care & Healthy Products) - Company Confidential

Responsibilities

• Assist all shops under his/her supervision to achieve the monthly sales target.
• Provide feedback from product sales progress and customers’ response.
• Ensure all shops conduct daily briefings and debriefings with the full content.
• Ensure frontliners maintain excellent customer service at all times.
• Optimize staff’s performance in order to achieve company’s objectives.
• Perform regular shop visits and make sure the “below points” up to a higher standard.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are working properly.
• Provide suggestions and improvement plan on shop daily operations.
• In charge of new shop openings and shop refit.
• Monitor all shops and ensure accurate product replenishment, receiving and transfer.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Applicants must be willing to work in  Penang/ Melaka/ Johor/ KL/ Sabah/ Sarawak .
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
