Responsibilities


  • Coordinates and manage the overall office administration
  • Coordinate the communication between the headquarter and field office
  • Provide general support and assistance to the Corporate Affairs Manager's office
  • Collation of monthly operation report

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): good written english, MS Office.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia,
  • Optional language (s): Chinese, Vietnamese 
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Location : KK Times Squares, Kota Kinabalu
