Responsibilities
- Coordinates and manage the overall office administration
- Coordinate the communication between the headquarter and field office
- Provide general support and assistance to the Corporate Affairs Manager's office
- Collation of monthly operation report
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): good written english, MS Office.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia,
- Optional language (s): Chinese, Vietnamese
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
