Responsibilities

1. Perform all services & repairs works on Kobelco construction machinery in workshop and jobsite.
2. Work safely and used safe techniques and responsible for on-the-job safety practices.
3. Provide parts recommendation after machine inspection.
4. Complete all job cards, reports and claim after each job.
5. Maintain clean work area, be able to properly use and take care of workplace, tools, equipment at filed and workshop.
6. Basic report writing and basic machine repair skills.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent certificate from Technical Institute.
2. Spoken/written English and Bahasa Malaysia are preferred.
3. Preferably with some working experience in the related field especially in Excavator Industry or Construction Heavy Equipment Industry.
4. Valid driving license with GDL.
5. Good working attitude and team player.
6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are responsible 
• To manage the sales, operations and staff development of the store to achieve maximum profitability, compliance
• with company operating procedures, visual presentation and excellence in customer service
• To recruit, train and develop employees, and provide succession planning for everyone in your team
• To conduct on-the-job training and role modeling and deliver the ultimate customer experience
• To ensure that all back office procedures are up to standards (staff scheduling, cash office, deliveries, safety and security routines)
• Strategize with leadership to develop and execute store action plans to drive store productivity.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

4. Self-motivated and committed
5. Ability to challenge and influence operational processes
6. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia is ideal

Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:
1) To assist in handling Full Set or Partial of Accounts & perform day-to-day Accounts Receivable or Account Payable Transaction.
2) Assist in preparation of annual statutory accounts, consolidation of accounts, management reports and other accounting and finance related work.
3) To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.Minimum Requirements:
1) Possess at least LCCI higher qualification or part of professional accounting certificate or its equivalent.
2) At least 2 years working experience in accounting/finance field.
3) Possess positive working attitude, independent and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
