A construction base company located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Responsibilities

• Plan and purchase materials according to requirements of customers' purchase orders.
• Coordinate the procurement or purchasing of materials to ensure on time delivery.
• To plan, monitor and control material inventory at optimum level.
• Conduct, monitor & evaluate suppliers' performance & managing of relationships.
• Work closely with internal departments and external supplier on purchased items/engaged services.
• To review purchase requisitions and determine proper purchasing methods in compliance with the purchasing policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
