A construction base company located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Responsibilities
- Plan and purchase materials according to requirements of customers' purchase orders.
- Coordinate the procurement or purchasing of materials to ensure on time delivery.
- To plan, monitor and control material inventory at optimum level.
- Conduct, monitor & evaluate suppliers' performance & managing of relationships.
- Work closely with internal departments and external supplier on purchased items/engaged services.
- To review purchase requisitions and determine proper purchasing methods in compliance with the purchasing policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
