Responsibilities


  • Be vigilant while in the counter and take all necessary steps to ensure that cash collected from and paid to the customer matches precisely with the amount due to or due from the customer.
  • Ensure that all the transactions are done over the counter only, even in case of staff’s transactions.
  • Systematic efforts to be initiated to ensure that documentation and retention of vouchers are done to facilitate future reference.
  • Awareness on rates should be well updated and all efforts to be made to attain the operational goals.
  • Ensure that no transfer in or out of cash from the strong room/locker shall not be done unless otherwise accompanied by a branch head or supervisor.
  • Ensure at all times that cash retrieved from the strong room/locker does match with the cash transferred in during the previous closing time.

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Cummunication Skill.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • No work experience required.
  • 20 Full-Time position(s) available.
