1. Senior Finance Manager 1( Vacancy)

• Profesional qualification : CA, ACCA, CPA
• Degree in Accounting and Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants
• Min 10 Years experience in finance and accounting management with a medium/large organisation
• experience in corporate governance and compliance with accounting and financial standards and regulations and statutory requirements.
• possess good writing and oral communication skills
• ability in financial and accounting analysis
• bussiness and industry knowledge
• experience in : a)working in a multi-disciplinary team or project especially poperty development and joint venture, and b) knowledge of financial risk management and construction contracts shall be bonus

2. Project Manager (2 Vacancies)

• Diploman or Degree in : Architecture, Civil & structural Engineering: or Quantity Survey
• minimum 10 years experience with good working knowledge in managing of site works for large project ( minimum RM10 million) in building and infrastructures
• knowledge and experience in managing site works including planning and managing of construction sequence, materials, machinery, and manpower.
• leadership qualities: negotiation skills, able to express skilfully both writing and oral communication; diligent and principled
• competent in techical design, contract administration: and computer skill
• able to speak and write in English and Malay, Mandarin is bonus
• able to work independently and to lead others, able to analyse and resolve complex problems
• able to deal with difficult contractors and sub contractors
• have network with contractors who are able to carry out "rescue" works

3. Human Resources Manager (1 vacancy)

• degree in Personnal /HR management, social science or equivalent
• minimum 10 years experience in human resource and admin
• able to communicate in english and BM effectively, both verbal and written forms
• sound knowledge in Sabah Law Ordinance, Employment Act, Statutory requirements and other HR practises
• Familiar with the general aspects of Human Resources, corporate office administration and office automation or computerization
• knowledge in human resources aspects e.g compesation and benefits, performance appraisals, labour law and regulations
