PERSONAL ASSISTANT (Kota Kinabalu)


Responsibilities

  1. Co-ordinate and maintain the daily schedule of the Director and the PA's own personal workload and responsibilities.
  2. Deal with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Director.
  3. Ensuring all deadlines issued to and or for the Director and their Department is met.
  4. Possess high quality verbal communication skills with the ability to meet and greet with staff and visitors at all levels of seniority.
  5. Prepare and produce documents, minutes, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.
  6. Devising and maintaining office systems, inculding data management, filling etc..
  7. Receive and filter telephone and counter enquiries directed to the Director and initiate appropriate action.
  8. Co-ordinate meetings and appointment for the Director.
  9. Assist with the compilation of Comapny Management Meeting, Business Papers, incluiding agenda preparation, fromatting etc..
  10. Undertake research projects as and when required by the Director.
  11. Present appropriately for all work activities and act with sensitivity, confidentiality, courtesy and discretion at all times.
  12. Organising travel arrangements.
  13. To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as when required by the Director.
Requirements
  • Must possess a Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/ Administartion or equivalent.
  • Minimun 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Must be able to work independently, resourcefully and possess problem solving ability.
  • Excellent in communication and writing/typig in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 system implementation will be an advantage.
  • Computer literate.
