Junior Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant - Gammerlite Sdn. Bhd.

Responsibilities

Perform accounts related data entry works;
Assist to check and verify accounting documents;
Assist to maintain debtors and creditors control accounts;
Filing of accounts related documents based on standard procedures or as per instructions;
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement;
Assist to follow-up /collecting supporting documents i.e. invoices, delivery order, job sheets, purchase order, etc.;
Assist to prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports;
Assist to maintain Fixed Assets Register and carry out Annual Physical Check
