- Provide comprehensive and high quality guest services to passengers
- Carry out front desk duties including payment collection
- Promote various services and facilities of our airport lounges
- Handle passengers’ enquiries including facilities, flight schedules, airlines information, direction to the departure gates
- Handle and resolve service issues in a professional manner
- Support training and development to enhance performance
