Responsibilities:
- Act as Brand Ambassador of the branch showroom, attending to walks-in customers and extending Nissan hospitality.
- Provide excellent customer services to enhance customer experience.
- Assist Head of Branch in organizing customer events (eg: New Vehicle Appreciation Program (NVAP), customer get-together, launches etc).
- To support Head of Branch in the implementation of customer service delivery activities, including Customer Satisfaction action plan, showroom presentation and test drive vehicles maintenance.
- Attend to all walk-in customers' need and ensure that customers' request, inquiries, and complaints are attended to promptly.
- Solicits and provide leads generation to the branch sales.
- Assist Branch Manager to maintain exceptional housekeeping standard and cleanliness of the Branch showroom and restroom.
- Ensure adherence to the Company's policies and procedures at all time.
- Assist in ad-hoc and when assigned by the Head of Branch.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Two years of working experience in customer service role would be advantageous.
- Height requirement: >163cm.
- Proficient in spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Must have outgoing and friendly personality.
- Able to work 6 days a week (including weekends and Public Holidays).
