VACANCY: Manager, Regional Sales Training Kota Kinabalu (Sabah) EDARAN TAN CHONG MOTOR

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the training needs of sales force towards meeting business and organizational needs, primarily of Sabah and Labuan region.
• To plan, execute and conduct training including performing post training follow-up to reinforce learning.
• Perform post training analysis to establish training effectiveness.
• Involve in other training projects from time to time as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in training or car sales.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Candidate must able to work on 5.5 days per week.
• Candidate must able to outstation within Sabah (Sandakan, Tawau, Lahad Datu, Keningau) & Labuan.
