VACANCY: CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER – MALL/COMPLEX BUSINESS - Waterfront Urban Development Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities

Assist the CEO in shaping the organization’s strategic directions in respond to the mall/complex business challenges of the Group.
Manage revenue growth, profitability, optimizing operational costs and execution of expansion plans.
Monitors the daily activities or work program of the organization and updates the CEO on progress status.
Responsible for designing, improving and implementing systems to deliver the business bottom-line.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of its Sabah mall/complex business operations.
Develop and build the Group’s internal capability including a high-performance cultures focused on meeting organizational and operational goals.

Requirements

• Possess Masters/Degree in Finance, Business Administration, International Business or any equivalent professional qualification.
• Possess a significant track record of achieving results and working in a challenging environment. 
• Individuals with experience in commercial mixed development that includes hotel, mall management or retail operations and high-end condominiums will have an added advantage.
• Highly motivated and experienced senior management personnel with outstanding leadership skills.
• Demonstrated skills and attributes that meet organization’s goals.
• Sound understanding of financials and its implications.
• Able to build collaborative and productive working relationships across the organization, working with diverse cultures.
• Must be willing to reside in Kota Kinabalu.
