Responsibilities
- Responsible to assist the OM for the planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all Customer Service Support Coordinator activities.
- Ensure that the Quality System continues to operate in line with:-
- the specific policies and procedures
- the requirement of ISO
- Responsible for initiating improvements in the Quality System, making proper recommendation, follow-up and taking the necessary action (s).
- Review and continuously improve on existing internal control system and procedures.
- Responsible for smooth running operations of the Customer Service Support Coordination function. Ensures that all hiring request are effectively and efficiently handled.
- Responsible for optimal equipment, machinery and vehicle allocation to customer (s).
- Responsible to ensure that all section P&Ps are strictly adhered to. Ensured stringent equipment, machineries and vehicle control.
- Implement and execute all related policies/procedures and ensure compliance to the Company's ISO standards.
- Follow up with all documentations while providing timely, regular and accurate reports as schedule by the management.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experiences in the construction industry. Training shall be provided.
- Team player with initiative and the ability to work independently under tight schedules.
- Preferred male candidates age range from 25 to 35 years old.
- Good command in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Computer literate. Ability to use ERP and Microsoft Office.
- Shift report writing a requirement.
- Possess Valid Driving License: D / E / GDL and CIDB certificates.
