Responsibilities

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures and instructions, check for discrepancies between structural and architectural drawings;
Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation;
Ensure timely and smooth progress of works;
Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
