Customer Service - the W group

Responsibilities

Responsible to manage all customer service portfolios under your charge and to liaise closely with residents, purchasers, security, maintenance team and relevant contractors.
Provide customer service to privilege club members.
To liaise and work closely with the Customer Service Manager.
Responsible for ensuring that all customer service standards established are adhered to.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality / Customer Service / Property Management / Building Management or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in hospitality / customer service / property or apartment management.
• Good PR and customer management skill, capable of dealing with customers, residents and purchasers.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, positive, proactive and able to prioritize task.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Preferred male candidates with valid driving license (D)
