Accounts Assistant - Kim Teck Cheong Sdn. Bhd.

Responsibilities

• Handle the claims transactions
• Prepare Debit & Credit Notes
• Handle new supplier account opening  and supplier maintenance in accounting system
• Handle the reconciliation of accounts payable and verify reports with statements and process adjusting entries in journals and ledgers according to standard procedures
• Handle any other matters related to accounts payable

Requirements

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Kolombong,Kota Kinabalu.
• Proactive with sense of urgency
• Possess enerfy and positive attitude, team player, able to multi-task, self-motivated, work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Full-Time positions available.
