Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre/post tender submissions.
• Prepare monthly project claims for submission to clients.
• Prepare subcontractors' claim and payment certification.
• Prepare cost analysis and advise on procurement strategy.
• Prepare montly project progress reports.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCad.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
