Responsibilities:
The individual will be responsible for achieving sales and target profits for the assigned areas.
- Take a leadership role in realizing business objectives targeted at revenues, margins, volumes and customer retention.
- Monitor and supervise the marketing statistics, current market trends and implement effective strategies accordingly.
- Develop, implement and evaluate with continuous effort to improve on sales and marketing strategies in driving business results and accomplish business objectives.
- Analyze and track market conditions to ensure competitive positioning.
- Maximize sales growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding new sales channels.
Requirements:
- Location : Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
- Degree or Diploma preferably in Engineering/Science/Business Admin or Marketing related. (added advantage for MBA holders)
- 5 years of technical sales experience in serving MNC accounts
- Possess good market knowledge and acute sense of market environment.
- Resourceful, result-oriented and a self-starter.
- Ability to build, motivate and lead a strong and effective sales and marketing team.
- Energetic, aggressive and result-driven.
- Possess good inter-personal, leadership, creative problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Good presentation and excellent communication skills.
