Responsibilities


  • Responsible for data entry of purchase orders, material requisitions and other department records.
  • Raise, monitor and expedite on purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery.
  • To perform matching on purchase orders (P.O), delivery orders (D.O) and invoices.
  • Source for suppliers; negotiate the most competitive prices and favourable payment terms for all purchases.
  • Ensure purchased goods meet required specifications and delivered on time.
  • Follow up on suppliers’ outstanding order or back order.
  • Responsible for stock count and stock accuracy.
  • Assist to do and maintain monthly report and performance report.

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Certificate, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field
  • Computer literate - Microsoft office and basic accounting software
  • Hands on experience in UBS system, store and purchasing will be an advantage
  • Self-initiative, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Good command in English and Malay
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage
