Responsibilities


Management Trainee
Kota Kinabalu (Sabah), Lahad Datu (Sabah), Tawau (Sabah), Labuan  
• Successful candidate will be given 3 months of training. • Our training will shape and equip the potential candidate to assist and work hand in hand with the Branch Manager. • To plan, lead and deliver value-added business development to ensure Key Business Objective (KBO) and Profit and Loss (PNL) are achieved. • Responsible for the day to day management and of operation team members to ensure high performance and productivity levels. • To Analyze and recommend new initiatives to enhance operation efficiency. • Implement and execute project as assigned by the management. • Successful candidate will be attached as Trainee or Assistant to assist the Branch Manager. • Upon completion of the program, the candidate is appointed to a position that reflects both their desired career direction and the group needs.  

Requirements


  • Age 25-35 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline with knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • At least 2-5 years of working experience in supervisory level will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
  • Strong problem solving skills and able to meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Good communication (speaking & written) skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated and committed to achieve goals in sales and customer service.
  • Able to work independently and develop strong relationships with banking circles.
  • Good operating knowledge of cash/security services and hands-on experience on financial field will be an advantage.
  • Must be willing to be relocated or travelling within the nation anytime. On-the-Job Training in Headquarter (KL) and Regional Office (Kota Kinabalu/Kuching).
  • Able to work long hours and weekend base on requirements of operations.
  • Must enter into one (1) year agreement (only successful candidates will be absorbed).
Interview will be conducted in Kota Kinabalu and Kuching.
