SENIOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER / CLERK - Company Confidential

Responsibilities


  • To prepare and review monthly management accounts.
  • Improve internal controls and implementation of accounting procedures.
  • Meet periodic, monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines.
  • To issue payment vouchers and preparation of cheques for invoices respectively
  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
  • To enter data for journal vouchers, payments and receipts.
  • To undertake other related jobs as directed by the Superior from time to time.

Requirements


  • Degree/Diploma/LCCI/CIMA/ACCA in Accounting or its Equivalent
  • At least 2-4 years of working experience in related field
  • Those who have worked in the hospitality/construction/Palm oil industry are encouraged to apply
  • Computer literate; knowledge in accounting software is an added advantage
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal skills, work within deadlines & trustworthy
  • Able to work overtime
  • Ideally have own transport
