
Responsibilities
- Assist in sales and marketing activities
- Handling all incoming & outgoing calls and direct to recipients, take messages or provide an appropriate respond
- Arranging courier services/dispatch services and other clerical works assigned by the supervisor
- Ensure that Reception/Showroom areas are well maintained
- Required to offer drinks to the visitors/clients/staff in the showroom
- Perform office and administrative tasks in support of the company including filling and retrieving documents, photocopying etc as and when required
- Provides administrative support and other assigned duties as and when required
Requirements
- Required language : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Required skills : MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates will be considered
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
