Responsibilities


  • Assist in sales and marketing activities
  • Handling all incoming & outgoing calls and direct to recipients, take messages or provide an appropriate respond
  • Arranging courier services/dispatch services and other clerical works assigned by the supervisor
  • Ensure that Reception/Showroom areas are well maintained
  • Required to offer drinks to the visitors/clients/staff in the showroom
  • Perform office and administrative tasks in support of the company including filling and retrieving documents, photocopying etc as and when required
  • Provides administrative support and other assigned duties as and when required

Requirements


  • Required language : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Required skills : MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates will be considered
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent

Location : Kota Kinabalu,Sabah
