vacancy: Branch Executive - Anjur Ekar Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Labuan branch overall operations
• Liaison with clients on operational issues and other matters including logistics (mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment and manpower), functional test, preparation of project, scheduling of maintenance on equipment, ad-hoc requirement from clients etc
• Office and warehouse management, to look after premises to keep in safe and good operational condition with team
• Serves as point of communication representing Labuan branch and reports to HQ in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Manage branch staff force - recruitment, staff development & stability.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented among the branch operations team.
• Maintains and submits daily, weekly, period-ending, and special reports as requested.
• Responsible for inventory control of yard function & monitor office assets with assistance from material controller and office administrator
• Co-ordinate of logistics for shipment and transportation matters.
• Supervise daily operation and staffs safety.
• Multitask.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• Exposure in Oil & Gas sector is an added advatange
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field/industry is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Labuan.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Operations or equivalent.
• Positive, Self-Motivated, committed and result-oriented team player.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
