Responsibilities


  • Assists the Executive Housekeeper with the planning, organization and supervision of the cleaning and maintenance of the hotel.
  • Specific responsibilities include guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas, linens and uniforms.
  • Initiates and maintains effective communication within the Housekeeping Department and other departments.
  • Ensures that the policies, procedures and standards of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts are followed.


Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Tuaran.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Malaysian Only.
