Sales Team Leader - Coca-Cola Bottlers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities

The Sales Team Leader must be a team player to develop the group in order to transform the individuals in a team to be able to generate sales, must understand each Market Developer (Sales Rep) needs in a particular level, implementing a plan that includes motivation, training and tracking in order to help the individual to maximize his potential.

 

The Sales Team Leader must be the motivator for his team and will work these dimensions to assure that the results will come with the pace that the company needs in the short term, and the pillars are solid to ensure the maintenance of these results in the medium and long term.

 
The Sales Team Leader must lead by example being reference of discipline, organization and knowledge in the office and in the market. He must prepare a successor for his position and ensure that the reliever is able to take a rout at any moment.  Also must assure that all sales routines are implemented and are running smoothly. As a consequence, the market execution is following the company’s directions (Picture of Success) and the volume and profit results are coming as expected.
 

Requirements

• Minimum STPM / Cert / Diploma, preferably degree in any related field.
• Minimum 2 -3 years working experience at supervisory level or its equivalent in any relevant sales field.
• Added advantage for those with FMCG experience/exposure.
• Proven track record in leading a team and distributor‘s sales team.
• Computer literate.
• A team player, self motivated and goal oriented.
• Energetic and enthusiastic fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
