
Responsibilities
- To attending the phone an walk-in enquires from potential customers (public)
- To maintain all department/unit files.
- To compile report, analyse and update latest data.
- To assist in photocopying work and distribution of internal documents internally and externally.
- To file and scan documentations.
Requirements
- SPM or equivalent, Diploma holder of any discipline will be and added advantage.
- 2 year(s) of working experience in clerical environment.
- Good adminisrative skills and able to organise work accordingly.
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English Language, both written and verbal.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work independently, good interpersonal skill, initiative and a team player.
- Contract position for a period of 1 - 2 years with opportunity to be absorbed as permanent staff.
