Responsibilities


  • To attending the phone an walk-in enquires from potential customers (public)
  • To maintain all department/unit files.
  • To compile report, analyse and update latest data.
  • To assist in photocopying work and distribution of internal documents internally and externally.
  • To file and scan documentations.

Requirements


  • SPM or equivalent, Diploma holder of any discipline will be and added advantage.
  • 2 year(s) of working experience in clerical environment.
  • Good adminisrative skills and able to organise work accordingly.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English Language, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to work independently,  good interpersonal skill, initiative and a team player.
  • Contract position for a period of 1 - 2 years with opportunity to be absorbed as permanent staff.
