1. HR & Admin Executive
Responsibilities
- to assist in timely processing of payroll in UBS System
- to assist and Liaise with relevant Government Authorities
- to assist in handling of general admin & HR duties
- to be responsible in handling all the confidential information professionally
- to discharge duties that assigm by the Administration from time to time
Requirements
- minimum Diploma in Human Resources and /or related Business & Adminisration or equivalent
- at least 2-3 years of working experiences in related field is required for this position
- must be results oriented, well organized and team player
- good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
2. Production Clerk
Responsibilities
- to assist in handling of production daily data entry tasks
- to perform clerical work
- to discharge duties that assigm by the superior from time to time
requirements
- minimum SPM qualification
- at least 1 year of working experiences in related field si required for this position
- computer literate (MS Word & MS Excel)
- Good Command of English and bahasa Malaysia
