Responsibilities
- Manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports and call screening
- Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents
- Compose and type business correspondences, memos, presentation materials, faxes, etc.
- Ensure all matters requiring follow-ups are initiated / executed by the individuals, after meeting or as an when required
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements
- Must possess at least SPM
- Computer literate
- Working experience in related field is preferred
- Able to take instructions from superior and work independently
- Dedicated and responsible
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Highly organised and efficient with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- To provide administrative ad secretarial duties
- Willing to multi-task and able to work under pressure
