Job Description
Accommodate guests of hotel by greeting, performing guest transactions, answering the telephone, operating necessary front office equipment and to ensure high-quality guest relation. Successful candidates will enjoy a positive working environment with opportunity to move up in their career.

Job Requirements

Good computer skills and ability to do basic cashiering duties

Good conversational and public relations skill. Ability to speak Chinese dialect is an added advantage

Open to male or female aged 35 and below

Pleasant personality, passionate and enjoys being in the frontline/ customer service

To act as the main liaison personnel for in-house guests / member of public in your shift.
