VACANCY: Purchasing Executive - IOI Group of Companies

Responsibilities

• Organise purchase plan according to requirement & Prepare ALL related purchase documents
• Ensure high quality of goods, part or material purchased and at minimum cost with timely delivery
• Ensure proper filing/tracking of all purchases and the pricing records
• Assist in the implementation or enhancement of Procurement Policies and Procedures
• Perform any other duties and responsibility as when required
