Responsibilities
- Diligently and consistently deploying the market approach and sales methodology established by the company (comprehensive training will be provided).
- Identify and develop customer (end users) and business partners, in order to build a stable sales platflorm for sustainable long-term growth potential in territory assign.
- Meet business objectives and personal sales target according the business plan.
- Track and monitor product performance, analyze results and present improvement recommendations/solutions to customers.
- Provide after sales support, expert advice and technical consultancy/feedback to customers.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor actions, and provide feedback to management.
- Always maintain reputation as respectable sales personnel who carry out Michelin business activities in professional and ethical manner.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least possess 2-3 years' experience in sales.
- Candidates without sales experience but possess strong interest in sales are encourage to apply and will be consider.
- Has experience and knowledge in the field of automotive, heavy industry or engineering.
- Has the ability to resolve the complex issues and customer complaints with respect to the facts.
- Proactive, service-oriented, independent, result-oriented and a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maturity, discipline and good in analytical skill.
- Applicants will need to visit at least 5 customers per day.
- Applicants willing to travel within the country would have an added advantage.
