Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Finance and Administration activities.
  • Review the Monthly Financial Report which includes Profit & Loss Accounts and Variance Analysis and ensure that information is correct and deadline is met.
  • Responsible for preparation of annual budget.
  • Responsible for the daily operation of the Order To Cash activities.
  • To work closely with other functional departments to provide financial analysis assistance.
  • Responsible for the training and development of the staff.
  • Responsible for the daily operations to be compliant to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Responsible for the management of Accounts Receivable, Provisions, Legal and Bad Debt Recovery.
  • Responsible for the management of Accounts Payable, Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
  • Responsible for the administration of the Security Command Centre and the check in/check out procedures for staff, visitors, contractors and distributors.
  • Responsible for the management of the fleet of vehicles, insurance, road tax and permit renewals, accident claims, rebranding, tender and disposals.
  • Responsible for the update and reconciliations of coolers, postmix and vending machines in the market and warehouse.
  • Responsible for the management of fixed assets, provisions, new acquisitions, transfers and write offs.


Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Detail-oriented with good planning and organizational skills.
  • Has good foresight and initiative, independent, pro-active and a team player.
  • Require minimum supervision and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Malay.
  • Able to start immediately will be a great advantage.
