Site Coordinator - Construction Heavy Machinery / Vehicle Hiring - the W group

Responsibilities

• Responsible to assist the Operations Manager to check, monitor, organize, coordinate the usage / conditions / repair & maintenance requirements of all Company machinery / equipment / vehicles at site.
• Ensure that the Quality System continues to operate in line with:-
  •  the specific policies and procedures            
  •  the requirement of ISO
• Responsible for initiating improvements in the Quality System, making proper recommendation, follow-up and taking the necessary action (s).
• Review and continuously improve on existing internal control system and procedures.
• Ensures that all repair & maintenance request are effectively and efficiently handled.
• Responsible for optimal equipment, machinery and vehicle run-time / operation hours.
• Responsible to ensure that all section P&Ps are strictly adhered to. Ensured stringent equipment, machineries and vehicle control.
• Implement and execute all related policies/procedures and ensure compliance to the Company's ISO standards.
• Follow up with all documentations while providing timely, regular and accurate reports as schedule by the management.
   

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experiences in the construction machinery / equipment / vehicle industry. Training shall be provided.
• Team player with initiative and the ability to work independently under tight schedules.
• Preferred male candidates age range from 25 to 35 years old.
• Good command in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer literate. Ability to use ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Shift report writing a requirement.
• Possess Valid Driving License: D / E / GDL and CIDB certificates.
