Regional Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Handling or assisting in the General Administration duties assigned as follows:
- 1. Data entry work
- 2. Sales processing and registration of vehicles
- 3. Collections and issuance of official receipts
- 4. Vehicle stock verification, control, & reconciliation
- 5. Finance / Accounting matters
- 6. Hire Purchase & Insurance matters
- 7. Documents filling & Submissions
- Assist in preparing reports and analysis
- Other ad hoc functions assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Must be analytical and possess good communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently with enthusiastic personality and in a fast paced environment.
- Candidates should be Malaysians citizen.
- Computer literate.
- Applicants must be willing to work 5 1/2 days a week.
