Responsibilities
- To assist in general administrative works (Letter & agreements typing, Hire Purchase application, claim submission etc.)
- To be responsible in monitoring staff's Attendance & Leave
- To be responsible in general HR tasks e.i; Memo, payroll, Insurances etc.
- To be responsible on foreign workers work permit (New / Renewal)
- To be responsible on companies licenses (CIDB/PKK/Petronas new or renewal application)
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR & Admin
- Knowledge in any autopay payroll system and UBS Payroll is preferable.
- Able to speak in Chinese is an added advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kolombong.
