Cost Accountant - Harbour-Link Group Bhd (kota kinabalu)

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function.
• Support the Operation Manager Teams in the development of a standard costing system.
• Manage the transition from the existing cost environment to a new standard costing system.
• Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost operating statement along with supporting analysis.
• Responsible in analysis and communicate with operations management for any related issues and opportunities.
• Define policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Commerce Degree major in Accounting, holder of ACCA, CPA or equivalent and MIA registered.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in private sector or professional institutions or consulting firms is required for this position.
• Commendable in financial analysis, taxation, audit and corporate strategic planning.
• Highly dedicated and approachable personality and excellent working attitude and ethic.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
