Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing tour assignment
• Responsible for customer service/ hotline 
• Responsible for preparing tour itinerary and signage
• Responsible for handling walk-in guest

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Required language(s): Chinese
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
