- Responsible for preparing tour assignment
- Responsible for customer service/ hotline
- Responsible for preparing tour itinerary and signage
- Responsible for handling walk-in guest
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): Chinese
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
