Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Chinese Restaurant.
- Responsible for sales and profitability of the outlet with clear understanding of cost efficiency and control initiatives.
- To lead, train and motivate a team of operations staff to exceed customers' expectations and to achieve restaurant sales target.
- Service and develop relationship with the existing and potential accounts.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Higher Diploma or Degree in F&B / Hospitality Management or Business Administration, preferably in Food service management / Restaurant Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in Managerial level at hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, people management, planning, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication in English (written & spoken) and Mandarin (spoken)
