Responsibilities


  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines while providing consistent quality in the result or outcome
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates.
  • Manages the schedules to enhance effective time management and coordinate activities, prioritize appointments and reschedule where necessary.
  • To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Director
  • Managing the Director's professional and personal schedule and make arrangements for appointments, conferences, travel and hotel reservations, prepare expenses claims, etc
  • Handling day-to-day administrative and operational matters including monitoring of deadlines and follow-ups with respective teams on progress of projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation and organizing internal and external events and within specific deadlines
  • Work closely with all the departments to achieve greater operational efficiency and to facilitate effective communication to and from Director office.
  • To take and transcribe minutes meeting, compose and prepare confidential correspondences, reports and other complex documents.
  • To organize and manage confidential documents, records and maintain an organized filing for smooth data retrieving.

Requirements


  • Fresh graduates in any field are welcome
  • Willing to travel when necessary
  • Attentive to details and organized. Effective time management and organizing skills.
  • Possess high level of integrity and discretion to maintain confidentiality in matters both personal and business.
  • Must have ability to interact with all levels Management, staff and customers. Highly organized, possess high confidentiality level, good computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Possess basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
  • Possess energy and positive attitude, team player, able to multi-task, self-motivated, work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure in a fast-paces environment.
