Responsibilities
- Assist the superior in recording all important documents and reports to ensure all documents are well-organized, filed and safe.
- To coordinate all the accounting activities of the assigned projects and/or functions including preparation of timely and accurate accounts and management reports.
- To assist in formulating and implementing finance and accounting methods and procedures.
- To assist in preparation of consolidated financial statements for internal and external reporting.
- preparing reports of inventory balances, price list and any shortages.
- Database and spreadsheet knowledge is essential.
- Able to handle full set account
- Proficiency in accounting software- UBS Inventory.
Requirements
- Candidate must be LCCI/ Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, UBS Invetory software is added advantage.
- Able to prepare full set of accounts independently.
- A self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Inanam,KK.
