- Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are responsible
- To manage the sales, operations and staff development of the store to achieve maximum profitability, compliance
- with company operating procedures, visual presentation and excellence in customer service
- To recruit, train and develop employees, and provide succession planning for everyone in your team
- To conduct on-the-job training and role modeling and deliver the ultimate customer experience
- To ensure that all back office procedures are up to standards (staff scheduling, cash office, deliveries, safety and security routines)
- Strategize with leadership to develop and execute store action plans to drive store productivity.
- Manage store maintenance issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5 –7 years of retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a management role; store management experience preferred
- Strong organizational ability, good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and committed
- Ability to challenge and influence operational processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia is ideal
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
