VACANCY : ADMIN ASSISTANT
Responsibility:
1 Maintain quality office environment, corporate image and cleanliness.
2) To handle procurement (raise Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Quotation etc).
 3) Facilitate in preparation of tender documents and submission.
4) Delivery or collection of critical documents within or outside office area as and when required.
5) To attend to enquiries and reception duties; including telephone calls and occasional visitors.
6) To manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
7) To maintain an efficient office administration, including company documents and secure records for the management.
8) To prepare invoices and follow up on payment.
9) To assist in Human Resource and Finance matters.
10)Responsible for any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Responsibilities


  • To identify if existing procedures are adequate and if any improvement or amendment need to be made to the existing procedures.
  • To ensure the quality management procedures is implemented at factory.
  • To identify if new procedure are required to be written for other activities, outside the scope of existing procedures.
  • To execute internal and subcontract quality audit.
  • To inform Plant Manager of the status and progression of the latest quality related matters.
  • To tackle shortcoming in the management system and propose to management of new methods /steps to overcome it.
  • To monitor and verify the implementation of suitable corrective actions.
  • To be responsible in all aspect of Quality Control and Quality Assurance System of the project
  • To inspect the quality of construction works to specifications.
  • To highlight timely the non- conformance to the process owner and ensure proper rectification work has been implemented.
  • Coordinate with Factory Supervisor and Sub con on the submission of material/ product sample.
  • Carrying out Pre- delivery inspection and factory acceptance test visit (where applicable).
  • Coordination and management project document and record.
     

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics/Food Chemistry or equivalent.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of sensory evaluation theory and methodology, analyze and interpret sensory evaluation data collected.
  • Lab equipment and procedures Nutritional Analysis
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in QA/QC in the beverage/food manufacturing field is required.Experience in obtain and maintain certification of GMP, HACCP and HALAL in beverage industry.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities:
