  • Responsible for the safe and efficient main fuel products and LPG operations at the terminal.

Requirements


  • The incumbent has to ensure product received through the vessel is conducted in accordance with specific requirements and meets set specifications. He has to monitor and control the operations and ensure it is conducted effectively, efficiently and safety.
  • He has to ensure and regularly supervise all operations and quality control activities during all stages of product movement to avoid product pilferage, overfill , contamination and other hazards which could lead to loss of lives and property.
  • As product quality control is vital particularly fuel operations and he has  to ensure all tests are conducted and recorded for traceability purposes.
  • The incumbent has to carry out manpower planning for work tasks. He has to ensure operations done effectively and safety to avoid any delays which will impact company image.
  • He will also supervise and ensure all procedures and regulations are adhered to during operations to avoid an accident which has high impact on company liability, fatalities or injuries and environmental damage.
  • To coordinate with the supply department on bulk stock replenishment program and to liaise with Customs and Port Authority pertaining the arrangement of vessel berthing and bulk operations.
  • All monthly operations reports, effluent monitoring, HSE report, man-hour and product received must be prepared on time.
 
Key Requirements
  • Diploma holders with a minimum 2 years working experience in Terminal Operations OR
  • STPM/SPM with a minimum of 5 years working experience in Terminal Operations
  • Knowledgeable in HSSE and LPG operations are highly preferable.
  • Independent, self-motivated, possess leadership quality, result-orientated and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer knowledge skills in Microsoft applications.
