Responsibilities

• Report directly to Technical Coordinator
• Responsible and accountable for jobs assigned by technical coordinator
• Responsible and accountable of his assigned tools.
• Responsible in ensuring that equipment meets and sustains the required performance.
• Attending dental equipments breakdown and servicing promptly.
• Site inspections as required to ensure that the design specification has been installed
• To provide training to customers on our range of products if needed. 
• Liaise with customer on technical issues and be the point of contact for customer’s technical complaints.
• Management of assigned tasks to ensure on-time completion
• Establish a relationship with customer to generate request for service agreement

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Posses own transport and willing to travel outstation regularly (once a month minimum) 
• Possess dynamic personality and self motivated
• Possess analytical and problem solving skills
• Possess strong communication skills with willingness to conduct presentation
