Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfaction of end users with service offerings and service levels by integrating applications and technology solutions seamlessly into business processes.
• Participate in the implementation of new projects relating to office automation and computing facilities.
• Implement new or changed systems that work without major problems after installation.
• Provide first level support and guidance to respective end users in installation, testing and technical problem resolution of IT equipment and other office automation facilities.
• Effective and efficient use of applications and technology solutions to ensure user compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist to maintain up to date IT facilities inventory and manage effective disposals of obsolete IT facilities.
• Ensure satisfaction of end users with service offerings and service levels, and reducing solution and service delivery defects and rework.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure that IT facilities can resist and recover from errors and failures.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and contractual requirements at all levels i.e. internal and external requirements by taking appropriate measures. Optimise IT processes to reduce the risk of non-compliance.
• Assist to maintain up to date standard operational procedures and related documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent disciplines

• Min 1 year industry knowledge in supporting end user computing, hardware/ software maintenance or network/ data telecommunications fields. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Industry knowledge and working experience of the oil and gas related businesses

Responsibilities

• The incumbent will be posted offshore primarily to serve as a provider of emergency care and paramedical / nursing care to the projects’ employees.
• To provide consultation, counseling and treatment of the sick and the injured.
• To handle referral of patient for medical repatriation or evacuation.
• To maintain sickbay operation readiness (Equipment, Drugs, and Consumables items).
• To conduct inspection for Medical Equipment / Drugs / Consumable on the monthly basis. 

Requirements

• Must hold a valid / updated Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Must be registered as a Medical Assistant with the board of Medical Assistant, Ministry of Health or registered as a nurse with the Nursing Board, Ministry of Health Malaysia.
• Minimum of 3 years or more experience working as a Medical Assistant or Male Nurse in an emergency unit, ICU, CCU, or similar settings.
• Having offshore experience is an added advantage.
• Rotation 28 days or 14 days on and off.
• BMI not more than 33 and must be physically fit.
• Good command in Ms. Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to communicate and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
