VACANCY : Project & Property Assistant

Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
1) Coordinate & monitor development activities with architect, engineers, relevant authorities, internal projects teams, contractors and landlord within minimum supervision.
2) Maintain proper & confidentiality of all commercial & research matters.
3) Dealing with legal & landlord for preparing agreements.

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil) or Project &Property managemnet or equivalent.
2) Required language(s): English, Malay & Chinese.
3) At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4) Good interpersonal skills, team player and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
5) Proficient in Microsoft Office application (word, excel and power point).
6) Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu,Sabah.

KFC (Sabah) Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities
- To report directly to Assistant Maintenance Manager;
- To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior;
- Supervision and inspection of new projects/outlets opening activities to ensure that works compliance with specification/detail drawing, “best practise”, quality control and good workmanship requirement;
- Liaise and coordinate with consultant, complex management, landlord, authority (when require), contractors and supplier as to ensure projects are complete on schedule;
- To monitor, organize and coordinate site activities;
- Attending meeting and site visit as and when require;
- Prepare and provide projects schedule and progress reports;
- Assist in resolving all technical and site issue;
- To follow up on the outlets maintenance issue and ensure rectification works being carry out within the shortest time frame;
- Perform administrative duties related to project and ensure proper documentation process;
- To prepare monthly plan itinerary and actual itinerary and submit to immediate superior for review;
- To coordinate works with in house technician as needed to complete task given by superior;

Requirements
- Experienced in project Management and coordination or possess any technical background;
- At least 2 years of working experience in supervision and interiors fit-out, preferable with F & B experience;
- Ability to read and understand interior drawing, layout plan and write report;
- Independent, disciplined & self-aggressive;
- Posses good interpersonal and communicational skill;
- Posses own transport;
- Must be willing to travel outstation, overseas;
- Computer literate;
- Mature, positive learning attitude and ability to multi-task;
- Able to take new challenge, work under stress and tight dead-line with minimum supervision.
