Responsibilities

• We need 1 IT Service Agent each Capital for the state below:
  • Perlis
  • Kedah
  • Pulau Pinang
  • Perak
  • N. Sembilan
  • Melaka
  • Johor
  • Pahang
  • Terengganu
  • Kelantan
  • Sarawak
  • Sabah
• Provide field service support on PC, Notebook, Printers, Scanner & etc. (Corrective Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance & Deployment)

• Report to supervisor to resolve any technical defects found during breakdown.

Requirements

• Preferably with knowledge in IT fields
• Possess own transport and willing on travel extensively for field service support
• Strong customer service orientation
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in field
