DBKK Holding Sdn Bhd the investment arm of Dewan Bandaraya Kota Kinabalu is seeking dynamic and suitable qualified individual to take up the following position:

1. tecnical Officer (1 Position)

• Age between 30 to 45
• IT and Computer Literate
• must be mature, self-discipline and responsible
• must be Proactive, Motivated and Possess Good Leadership Quality
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Project Management or equivalent role
• possess good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Candidate must hold at least a Diploma in Civil Engineer/Building Construction
• Ability to prepare spesification, plans, drawings for quotation/Tender

2. Technical Assistant ( 1 Position)

• age between 23 to 40
• must be mature, self-discipline and responsible
• must be Proactive, Motivated and Possess Good Leadership Quality
• minimum 2 years working experience in Civil Engineering Works, Road Works or similar
• IT and Computer literate
• Ability to write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English

3. Enforcement Personnel (1 Position)

• age between 21 to 35
• must be mature, self-discipline and responsible
• must be of good health
• Ability to write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• candidate must hold at least a SPM in her/his academic qualification
• Ex-army, Police and Security personnel are encouraged to apply
• Free from any criminal record

4. Maintenance Personnel ( 1 Position)

• age between 25 to 40
• must be mature, self-discipline and responsible
• must be of good health
• Ability to write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Minimum 2 years working experience in General Maintenance, Building and Electrical Appliance
• IT and Computer literate
• Free from any criminal record

Assistant Operation Manager
requirement:-
