- must be mature, self discipline and responsible
- must be proactive, motivated and possess good leadership quality
- minimun 3 years working experience in facility management or similar
- possess good communication and public relation skill
- IT and computer literate
- ability to write and communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia adn English
- Candidate must hold at least a Diploma in academic Qualification
